In consolidated or part owned companies utilize NGL method for business development to achieve high return of investment and growth of value.
Business philosophy • We are in on long term basis • We do not intent to build a group as we work together with parties in several independent companies that are intended to be sold off after increased value.
• Our work field is change of businesses and companies in general. Required basic technical and business knowledge must be present in the companies.
We work as catalysts and emitters of ideas.
• We primarily sell management and secondly financing. It is the combination that is interesting.
Targets
Our general targets are:
• An annual growth of equity capital
• Create profitable growth in partly and fully owned companies
• Minimize risk and increase revenues in our projects
Strategy To reach NPG targets it is required to:
• Have the ability to choose the right projects, i.e. right partner - management.
• Have project managers that can give the required support and supplement to the management to be able to realize their business projects.
• Have project managers with various background to cover various need of companies.
• Project managers that can temporarily substitute ordinary management until being replaced by ordinary.
• Collaboration partners that can act as projects manager, board member, managing director and / or owner.
• Sufficient financial resources to enter interesting projects
• A thorough use of our own methodology to minimize risk and increase revenue
Exit strategy To NPG it is important that our companies have sustained growth.
We do not primarily make money on dividends from company profits but at profits from sales of shares.
Our basic attitude is always to consider our ownership of shares as "eternal", but in principle all our shares are always for sale to a better owner.
With a better owner we mean a company that can contribute more than NPG.
NPGs methodology in short Our methodology focus towards customer relations, cash flow and risk management. The capital message is more clearly described by the following points.
• To minimize fixed costs
• To control and execute the specific parts of the business
